Hello Everyone,

QQQ ETF has had a nice 5% plus run up here the last  2 weeks or so.

This might suggest a possible basing period could be coming in.

A recent breakout above the channel has the MACD at the upper end of it's range.

Low IV would suggest a calender spread around the March/April 108 put spread for under $1.00. Max loss is the debit paid and looking for a 25-50% profit.

There are many weekly options to roll into as time goes on if it stays just above the 108 strike. Added premium and constant decay of front month options will give the trader more premium in each cycle as time goes by.
