The energy stocks have seen a VERY strong rally over the past week and a half, so they might be due for a very-short-term “breather” soon. However, when you combine the news out of OPEC…with the technical picture for the XLE and XOP energy stock ETF’s…you have a strong argument for a nice (further) year-end rally for the sector.
