NASDAQ Up 11 Days In a Row

The NASDAQ 100 Powershares, QQQ, have been up 11 days in a row, matching their third longest streak ever. The longest streak was 14, which ended July 15, 2013. The second longest was 12 days, which stopped on July 23, 2009. One one other instance, March 12, 2010, the run lasted 11 days.

So QQQ has matched the third longest winning streak ever. If it closes higher tomorrow, there will be only one other time when it had a longer run of consecutive up days. Be interesting to see how long the streak can last.
