7. Payment Terms. At Marketfy, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you terminate your subscription within 30 days from the date of your order ("order date"). Your order date is the date you initial ordered your product or service. If you do not terminate your subscription within the first 30 days from your order date, you will automatically be charged the full amount for the next month following the first 30 days if you are set up on the monthly payment plan.
Yearly payment plans will be processed on your order date and will only offer a money back guarantee during the first 30 days of service. After the first 30 days, you will be unable to receive a refund.
Select products on Marketfy are offered for a one-time payment instead of a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual amount. These products are properly documented on each of the product pages and will clearly state that it is a one-time payment purchase next to the price of the product on the product pages. Likewise, subscription services will clearly state if it is a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual subscription next to the price of the product on the product page.
For all subscriptions, you will continue to be billed on a recurring basis for monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual service until you cancel your service by calling our customer service team at 877.440.9464 or emailing your cancellation request to Support@Marketfy.com. No refunds, partial or otherwise, will be provided after the first 30 days of access or service.
8. Accuracy of Information. Neither Benzinga nor our affiliates warrant that this web site and Content are accurate, reliable or correct; that this web site and Content will be available at any particular time or location; that any defects or errors in this web site or Content will be corrected; or that this web site or Content are free of viruses or other harmful components.
