Welcome! My name is Zack Armstrong, and I hold a degree in Finance and Economics from Michigan State University. I developed a passion for equities following the 2008 crisis, which led to my first investment in 2009. Now I am the Founder & CEO of TheSmarterInvestor.org and regularly contribute to Benzinga.com. I am also a candidate for the June 2013 CFA Level 1 examination.

Since my first investment in 2009 my strategy has transformed from mostly fundamental analysis to almost entirely technical analysis, where I found the most success. I am here to share my knowledge and passion for trading, as well as my successful strategy for trading multiple time frames.
